Troubleshooting

Please make sure the image cable from the ultrasound device is connected correctly and restart the Nerveblox Clinic. If you are still facing with the same problem, please contact us via contact@nerveblox.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Normally, anatomical landmarks will appear immediately as soon as you select the region to practice. However, if this problem continues, please contact us via contact@nerveblox.com and we will help you as soon as possible.

There may be a loose contact in the cable from the ultrasound device, test with a different cable. If the problem continues, please contact us via contact@nerveblox.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please make sure you have selected the right area and kept the probe in the right position. You can see how you need to position the Probe and the image you need to see in the Guide section within the App.

Please check your internet connection. If you are still facing with the same problem, please contact us via contact@nerveblox.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Version 6 and above is valid for Android users, while 9 and above is sufficient for IOS users. If your phone’s version below these, unfortunately NerveBlox application will not work.

Please make sure to allow screenshots in your phone’s application settings. 

For Android, select the application settings and clear the cache from the storage section. For IOS, you can delete the application and reinstall the NerveBlox app. If the problem continues, please contact us via contact@nerveblox.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please make sure to keep your phone’s camera vertical, not horizontal.

Please make sure to keep your phone’s camera close to the screen. If you keep the camera away, it will look small but it will directly get bigger as you get closer. 

Other applications running in the background on your phone may be slowing your phone down. You can close other applications and try running NerveBlox application again. If it is still processing slowly, it might be due to the version of your phone’s operating system. You can try it on another IOS or Android device.
